How to Eat:


1. Open the outer bag and take out the inner meal pouch.

2. Place the meal pouch inside the included flameless heater (you’ll find it in the pack).

3. Add a small amount of water (about 30–50 mL, or just enough to the fill line).

4. Wait about 10–15 minutes for the heater to warm the meal.

5. Remove the pouch carefully and enjoy your hot meal directly from the pack — no stove or fire needed.


Note: If heating isn’t possible, the meal can still be eaten cold — it’s fully cooked and safe to eat straight from the pouch.
